FAQ

• How do I create a memory? — Tap the + button on the Memories screen and fill in your trip details.
• How do I share a memory? — Open a memory and tap the share icon in the top right corner.
• How do I restore my purchase? — Go to Settings → Upgrade to Premium → Restore Purchase.
• Can I use the app offline? — Yes! All data is stored locally on your device. No internet required.
• How do I delete my data? — Delete the app from your device. All data is stored locally and will be removed.
• How do I set a cover photo? — In the memory edit screen, tap any photo to set it as the cover.

Overview

Memora Trips is a privacy-first, offline-first application. Your data stays on your device.

Data Collection

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. Specifically:

• No user accounts or registration required
• No analytics or tracking
• No advertising
• No data shared with third parties

Data Stored on Your Device

The app stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Trip memories (titles, dates, locations, notes, ratings)
• Photos you attach to memories
• Planned trips
• App preferences and settings

Location Data

The app may request location permission to:

• Tag your current location when creating a memory
• Detect arrival at planned trip destinations (using region monitoring)

Location data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to any server.

Third-Party Services

• Google Maps / Places API — Used for location search and map display. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Open-Meteo — Used for weather data. No personal data is sent; only coordinates and dates.
• Apple StoreKit / Google Play Billing — Used for in-app purchases. Subject to Apple's and Google's privacy policies.

Data Deletion

To delete all your data, simply delete the app from your device. Since all data is stored locally, uninstalling the app permanently removes all data.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The app does not require any personal information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

By downloading or using Memora Trips, you agree to these terms.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

In-App Purchases

The app offers a one-time premium purchase to unlock unlimited features. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms. Refunds are handled by Apple/Google.

User Content

You retain ownership of all content (photos, notes, memories) you create in the app. Your content is stored locally on your device only.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, app deletion, or other circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cerberus Software Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
